I had not brewed since May, so I did a simple two-malt, one-hop Blonde Ale to get back into brewing. I also switched to kegging when I started brewing again, so this was my first kegged beer. It tasted good, but was cloudy, so I let it sit a while. I finally cleared up nicely and of course, the last couple pints were damn nice – just as it kicked. Par for the course.
