Northern English Brown

http://beersmithrecipes.com/viewrecipe/77219/11c-nut-brown-ale

I got a 3rd BOS with a NEB back in 2008 which was clearly beginners luck. This is a similar recipe and so far it smells great.  I kegged it January 22nd but I’m wanting to re-do my gas lines so I’m going to wait to carbonate it.

Improved the insulation on the MLT.
Really slowing down lautering.
Steamy MLT during lautering.
Held 152F the entire mash.
Typical Northern English weather for this Brown.
Wort mist rising.
Quick start to fermentation.
Using a larger blow-off tube on all batches now.
